From Chefs to dishwashers, the culinary industry is a well-oiled machine dedicated to providing a memorable experience to perfect strangers. In what is often a thankless job, the human component is overlooked. Needs as basic as nutrition, and as complex as depression or addiction, are given low priority in a demanding industry.

It’s time we not only have a conversation about how to best support those who pour their heart and soul into their culinary craft, but also take the necessary action steps to promote wellness in the industry.
